Mohammed Zied Chaari received a Ph.D. in Electronics and Telecommunications. During the past ten years, he has been involved in R&D in microwave technology and RF energy harvesting. Zied is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and of the Microwave Theory Society. Mohamed Zied Chaari was the winner on Stars of Science Season 3 in 2011, placed fourth (Qatar Foundation), and won the Grand Prize at the 7th International Invention Fair in the Middle East, held in December in Kuwait. Mohammed is currently employed as a Technology Expert at the Manufacturing Technology Center (MD) as well as a Technical Expert at the Qatar Scientific Club. Since 2015, we have focused on rapid prototyping. A 5-axis CNC, an SLS 3D printer, and a CNC lathe can also perform oxidation, oil injection, powder spraying, electroplating, PCB design, and other processes.
Dr. Zied has four patents under his name, more than thirty publications, two books, and four book chapters.
